Aric joined the Turning Point Real Estate Team in 2006 and brings an extensive knowledge of real estate and construction.
As President of Classic Home Builders in the early 1980's through late 1990's he purchased both distressed and historic properties for renovation, and received the Historic Restoration of the Year Award for the "Sycamore Acres" project in Montgomery County, Maryland. Over the years Aric has built dozens of custom homes throughout the Metro Washington area, and been involved in the development of both residential and commercial projects throughout several counties in the surrounding areas.
As Co-Owner and Senior VP, Aric's involvement with Turning Point Real Estate include corporate management, commercial sales and leasing, property management, and tenant improvements.
Aric earned a B.S. in Business from the University of Maryland and resides in Olney, Maryland.
