Having secured and managed reposed assets for financial institutions, Chuck was able to liquidate $30 million in real estate in an 18 month period. His thorough understanding of the complexities associated with managing both performing and non-performing bank owned real estate, enables him to interpret and recommend appropriate restructuring strategies including: liquidation, litigation, post charge-off recovery, and repossession of real estate portfolios related to problem loans.
