Some of Herb’s more noteworthy transactions include his direct involvement in negotiating approximately $207M in transactions for KB Homes and Centex Homes for the Crown Farm Development in Gaithersburg, Maryland and the $29M redevelopment assemblage sold to REIT Archstone-Smith.  

As Commercial Senior VP and a member of the TPRE executive committee, Herb’s vast knowledge in zoning codes, along with his experience with the process of land planning, will further enhance TPRE’s strengths and abilities to provide even greater expert advice and service. 

In his spare time, Herb enjoys many outdoor activities such as fishing, hunting, decoy carving, scuba diving and is an instrument rated pilot.
